EATONTOWN – Though Toms River native Kelly Josberger enjoyed a successful 27-year career as an educator in Ocean County — first as a teacher at Toms River’s Walnut Street School, then as supervisor of instruction and ultimately principal at Beachwood Elementary School — an innovative business idea conceived among friends led her to take an early retirement in 2017.
